Here are my POV demos from strafeRight’s 7207-527 loss against Area 51 Gaming during L4dder’s Grand Opening Tournament

CEVO has just announced their free Left 4 Dead tournament which will start Monday May 18th. The Survival Tourney will be a 128 team, double elimination tournament with matches twice a week on Monday and Thursday.

Every competitive L4D player will be looking forward to this since CAL died. Since CAL stopped after Week 1 there has only been the Infected Cup, TWL, and GameBattles, so CEVO picking up L4D should give the game a boost, along with the upcoming update with Death Toll and Dead Air.

Download straferight.zip and extract strafeRight folder to C:\Program Files\Steam\skins Open Steam and go to File -> Settings Select strafeRight from list of skins. Restart Steam and enjoy. If you have any issues with it please let me know.

The first update for CAL Season 7 is here! I was hoping to post match updates after every game. But it’s now our 4th week (including pre-season) and here is the first update. A little late, but there is a reason for that. Read more to find out why.

For the third season in a row, sR.css team begins the CAL season 2-0 and hopes to make it three straight seasons with a 3-0 start on de_inferno next week. This is the third season sR.css has been together and after a disappointing ending to season 5 as well as an extremely busy year for people in college, work and other life events, we realized most of us are not going to be around as to scrim and plan.

I recently got the chance to interview NBF and sR’s very own YankeeDeuce, AKA “Smooth AWPerator”. I had a chance to get his gaming history background, his previous involvement with CAL, the BRIGHT future of sR’s up-and-coming CAL team, and his views on the future of competitive gaming.
